Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Payment can be made into an English account in UK Pounds, or into a Portuguese account in euros, at the prevailing exchange rate.
Please ask for information re long winter lets.
Changeover day
Normal changeover day is Saturday, but this can be flexible depending on the season, and length of rental. The villa will be ready from 4.30pm, and we ask that it is vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Notes on accommodation
Ours is a is a non-smoking villa. We regret that no pets are allowed. All beds are quality 'tempur' style memory foam, wonderfully comfortable, and perfect for bad backs! German built 'fresh air' system, with added air conditioning, thoughout. Bedlinen is high quality 100% cotton. Every attention has been paid to the smallest detail, to make the villa superbly comfortable. It is possible to arrange for two single beds on the lower ground floor. Please ask for further details if they are required.
The large swimming pool does not have a shallow end, so the property would unfortunately be unsuitable for very young children, or those who are not competent swimmers.

Outside
The villa has a private terrace, with heated swimming pool (10m x 4m), outside shower and sun loungers. We also have an outside dining table with chairs, and a gas BBQ. The garden is delightfully landscaped, and we especially love our olive tree! |
